We are at an evolutionary moment, a time of significant complexity and change. Powerful forces vie for ways to push us back from partnership values: declining democratic structures; multiple, polarizing worldviews; intense technological pressures; and political/social dominator systems. In such chaos, many are looking to find meaning, coherence and effectiveness in their work practices and leadership. Dr. Clancy invites participants to pause and reflect on what it means to be coaches in these times and to understand the “why” of what we do so we can facilitate deeper levels of change and build greater self-confidence and mastery.
Drawing on her work in executive coaching, organizational change, and human development, she explores how we can find clarity and coherence in our understanding of why we do what we do and deepen our capacity to support meaningful and sustainable change. Coaching at its core is built on partnership, growth, and the belief in human potential. This session offers space to consider both the external context we operate within and the internal beliefs that shape our practice, supporting participants to reconnect with choice, agency, and the deeper purpose of their work.
