This exciting approach to organizational change focuses on the generative and creative images that reside in the most positive core of every organization or team - its values, visions, achievements and best practices. AI builds on what is most alive, effective, and successful about the people who live and work in the organization and to what connects them in healthy ways to their stakeholders and communities.
 
Visioning/Strategic planning
Working with leadership and following the Appreciative Inquiry approach to planning, we help set clear vision, strategies and goals for the organization and develop processes to involve and align employees with the strategic plan.
 
Real time strategic change
This approach involves the entire organization in fundamental, far-reaching and fast-paced change. It brings as many people together in the organization as possible in "real time" (same place and time) to involve them in deciding on and taking responsibility for delivering the organization's results.
 
Organizational assessment
We offer expertise in qualitative research using a range of assessment strategies to determine the current and desired future states of the organization. Assessments can include individual or group interviews, focus groups, or written surveys.
 
Team building

Our organization provides mentoring, culture development, and diversity training to help companies meet the challenges of inclusion for a diverse workplace.
 
Corporate/business training
We offer training for executives, managers and supervisors emphasizing strategic planning, time management, meeting facilitation, coaching skills, performance correction, customer service, decision-making, conflict management and leadership. Certified trainer by AchieveGlobal, Inc. and certified practitioner in applying the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory instrument with individuals and teams.
